Prior to joining ENGIE Resources, Bell was the Director of Major Accounts and East Region Large Business Sales for TXU Energy; Vice President of National Accounts for Sempra Energy; and Senior Strategic Sales Executive for TXU.  Other business experience includes:  Senior Business Development Executive for the EDS Healthcare Strategic Business Unit and Director of Xerox Business Solutions, the outsourcing arm of Xerox Canada.
