Amar Arekapudi 
VP Operations for Customer Success | GE Digital

 

Amar is the VP Operations for Customer Success at GE Digital. His team is responsible for strategy & transformation, data & analytics, and digital tools & process within the purview of Services, Support, Education and Customer Engagement.

Previously, Amar served in Internal Consulting, Program Management and Vertical Marketing roles at GE, and was part of the Enterprise (cross-business) Sales team, managing a team that built and maintained relationships between GE and key partners. He has helped GE build its strategy for regional go to market, leadership development and commercial transformation. Amar grew up in Missouri, graduating with a BSBA (Supply Chain Operations) and a BSIM (Information Technology) from Washington University in St. Louis.


Steve Shaffer
Vice President of Sales and Strategic Accounts | 9Lenses

Steve is the Vice President of Sales and Strategic Accounts at 9Lenses. As one of 9Lenses' first employees, Steve has had the privilege of working with some of the world's largest companies including GE, ENGIE, HP, Raytheon, IBM, CEB, Wells Fargo, Capital One and others.

9Lenses is a groundbreaking platform that enables business leaders to rapidly capture insight from key internal and external stakeholders, aggregate that data, and automate reporting to drive meaningful outcomes. In addition to leading sales at 9Lenses, Steve has served in a variety of leadership capacities including product, engineering, marketing, client services, operations and finance.

David Wiers

David C. Wiers has over 17 years of experience in creating and delivering innovative solutions in the energy industry. Mr. Wiers has participated in deregulated markets from their inception and has shared his expertise at numerous conferences and forums, advocating electricity deregulation and representing third-party aggregator, broker, and consultant (ABC) channels.

Wiers founded Satori Energy in 2006, which has now served over 50,000 accounts and has secured more than $140 Million in energy savings for its clients. In late 2011, Mr. Wiers assisted in the due diligence and purchase of Select Energy Partners (SEP). Mr. Wiers has led the strategic vision of the firm as Satori has continued its pattern of targeted growth through the acquisitions of Public Utility Brokers(September 2014), GOBY LLC's procurement business (December 2014), Velocity Energy Group(January 2015), EnergyNext, Inc. (April 2015), WTX Power (August 2015), and InSource Power (October 2015).

Satori evolved to new heights in 2015, being recognized as a leader in the deregulated energy industry by the two most highly regarded independent surveys.
