EIA Electricity Demand Forecast: Lower in ‘20, Higher in ‘21

The EIA released its latest Short-Term Energy Outlook last week. In its forecast for commercial electricity, EIA shows lower demand in 2020 with a rebound in 2021 that is still below 2019 numbers.
