Why did you choose a career in sales? Sales was a no-brainer with my strong Type A personality.

What are you currently watching on Netflix? Tiger King and Ozark.

If you could visit anywhere in the world you’ve never been, where would you go? Tahiti – those cute little cabanas over the ocean look ahh-mazing!

Why did you choose a career in sales? I love the interaction with customers and coworkers and the gratification I receive when successful deals are made.

What is your favorite hobby? Carpentry

How do you balance work and life? Being conscience and making a concerted effort that when I’m on work, that is my focus and when I’m at home, I dedicate the same attention to my family, friends and activities.

What is the best advice you have ever received? If you ain’t first, you’re last.

What do you like about your job? This isn’t some place we come every day to mindlessly work. I feel like everyone has the same mindset of let’s work together and help each other achieve our goals.

What is it like to work with customers every day? Every customer is different. You never know what type of scenario you’re going to be thrown into each day and it is challenging and rewarding to be able to adapt to the situation.

Do you have any pets? Yes, a dog named Bailey!

Why did you choose a career in sales? Sales is something I’ve been doing most of my life. The opportunity to listen to a customer’s needs or pain points, and finding ways to solve those is something that is truly satisfying.

How do you motivate yourself? I motivate myself by knowing each day presents opportunities, and it’s up to me to ensure I find myself on the right side of those. If I don’t identify those opportunities, someone else will. That’s enough to keep me going!

What are you most proud of? My kids! Someone once told me being a father is the hardest, but the most rewarding thing you will ever do, and that really is true!

What is your best memory of a sale you won? Honestly, to me it’s the sales that you don’t win that you remember the most. What could I have done differently to address the client’s needs? I feel the best part of winning the sale is ensuring you live up to everything you promised.
