The NOAA 8-14 temperature forecast through March 23 calls for below normal temperatures across much of the U.S. It’s one of the few blue maps we have seen this winter as heating demand has been tempered by a steady stream of moderate temperatures. When the weather has been cold, it has been average heating demand at 18 HDDs above normal trends.
