These forms are helpful for current partners with an established relationship with ENGIE.

Assignment Form

If the legal entity and tax ID is changing, the following must be submitted. Please send the following to commissions@engieresources.com and ENGIENA-Broker@engie.com.

1. Completed Assignment Form
2. Banking Information Form (on bank letterhead, please see Policy change-vendor bank verification pdf form)
3. W-9 (must not be greater than 5 years old)
4. New Broker & Consultant Request 

Please provide new broker documentation if the assignee does not have an existing relationship with us.
Note: We need multiple assignment forms if one company is purchasing multiple companies.

Broker Name Change

If your Tax ID remains the same but your legal name changes, the following must be submitted. Please send the following to commissions@engieresources.com and ENGIENA-Broker@engie.com.

1. Completed Broker Name change form
2. Proof of Secretary of State filing for the new name
3. W-9 (new name) updated
4. New Broker & Consultant Request 

Banking Changes

This following is required if you need to make any changes to banking information on file. Please send the following to commissions@engieresources.com and ENGIENA-Broker@engie.com. Once the form is submitted it will be processed in our system and should take into effect within 2 payment cycles.

1. Completed Banking Change form
2. Banking Information Form (on bank letterhead, please see Policy change-vendor bank verification pdf form)
3. W-9 (must not be greater than 5 years old)
4. New Broker & Consultant Request
