TEPA Names ENGIE Resources Supplier of the Year
HOUSTON – October 16, 2019– The Energy Professionals Association (TEPA) recognized its 2019-2020 winners of the TEPA Supplier of the Year, TEPA ABC of the Year and TEPA Affiliate of the Year during its 14th Annual Conference on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Hotel ZaZa in Austin, Texas. Since 2014, TEPA has recognized outstanding members and companies in deregulated retail energy markets across the country. The awards have become a coveted honor among energy businesses that meet TEPA’s standards of ethics, education and advocacy in the market.
The 2019-2020 TEPA Supplier of the Year was given to ENGIE and the TEPA Aggregator, Broker and Consultant (ABC) of the Year was presented to CSD Energy Advisors. This year, TEPA expanded its program to include TEPA Affiliate of the Year, which recognizes TEPA members who provide services or products to companies that serve the competitive retail markets. This year’s inaugural Affiliate of the Year was awarded to Powermatrix.

The TEPA Supplier of the Year award recognizes the TEPA member company with the most comprehensive, innovative and strategic vision for deregulated electricity and natural gas markets. It takes into consideration the company's customer service reputation among its customers and employees. The TEPA ABC of the Year recognizes the most promising and innovative TEPA ABC company in areas such as contract negotiations, ethical business practices and customer service. The TEPA Affiliate of the Year award recognizes companies that provide products and service solutions that improve energy procurements processes. All awards are voted on by TEPA membership, which includes over 125 companies including ABCs, Suppliers and Affiliate Members.
