Prior to joining ENGIE, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Integration at Shell Energy Americas, where he led integrated marketing and strategic account efforts in the US and Brazil.
Jeffrey Levin
Jeffrey Levine, VP, Government & Regulatory Affairs, ENGIE
Jeffrey Levine has served in multiple market design and strategic policy roles at ENGIE North America since 2003, focusing on retail and wholesale electricity market design at both the state, ISO, and Federal levels. Prior to joining ENGIE, Jeffrey represented major US utilities in Washington D.C., and as part of the Clinton Administration he served as a political appointee to the US Department of Energy, Office of Policy working on national energy infrastructure as well as a federal initiative to introduce retail electricity market restructuring nationwide.
Lindsey Hughes
Lindsey Hughes, VP, Government & Regulatory Affairs, ENGIE
Lindsey Hughes has nearly 20 years of experience in policy development, government relations, communications, and regulatory affairs within the Texas electric industry. She has held leadership positions at Broad Reach Power, the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) and multiple trade associations working at the intersection of energy markets, public policy, stakeholder engagement, and legislative advocacy.
Bob Helton
Bob Helton, VP, Government & Regulatory Affairs, ENGIE
Bob Helton has 30 years of experience in the electric industry. He leads regulatory and market design policy supporting ENGIE’s retail and wholesale activities in ERCOT and the Southwest Power Pool (SPP), including extensive advocacy in legislative, ISO stakeholder, and regulatory commission processes. Bob currently serves on ERCOT’s Technical Advisory Committee, and on SPP’s Market Operations and Policy Committee. He is currently a member of the Texas Energy Reliability Committee, Board of Directors of the Texas Solar Power Association, and the Board of Directors of the Advanced Power Alliance.
