ISO NE, NYISO Focus on Fixed

Buyers and brokers in ISO New England and NYISO moved in the direction of “risk off” this week. Participants in both markets submitted pricing requests with greater week-over-week interest in fixed-price solutions. PJM pricing requests continue to demonstrate the strongest interest in market-based risk.
