BIG Changes in Customer Risk Appetites

The week preceding the holiday saw some major changes in risk appetites among customers. ERCOT dropped 10% to 7%, and NYISO reached 33%, a 15% increase. PJM held steady with a 1% increase and NEPOOL customers upped their appetite by 5%.
The risk appetite gauges above reflect the mix of fixed, flex and index volume that were priced on behalf of customer requests in the period. Total annual MWh priced represents 129,871,207 for customers with peak demand above 750 KWh.
