The Dallas-Forth Metro has once again claimed the seasonal title of the market with the most extreme weather. In terms of Cooling Degree Days (CDDs) above normal, DFW ended the summer season (Apr-Oct) at 915 CDDs above historic norms. Every major retail market served by ENGIE finished the summer above normal.
