Buyers and brokers in NYISO and ERCOT flipped roles this week. NYISO completed a dramatic switch from an extreme interest in market-based risk to ultra conservative. ERCOT flipped from nearly a 100% interest in fixed price solutions to the highest interest in index/flex products on the board.
