ERCOT Halves Risk Requests

Buyers and brokers in ERCOT have reduced their appetite for market-based risk for the third consecutive week. PJM participants doubled their interest and NYISO buyers and brokers continued to have the strongest interest in fixed-price solutions.

The risk appetite gauges above reflect the mix of fixed, flex, and index volume priced on behalf of customer requests in the period. The total annual MWh priced represents 155,305,154 for customers with peak demand above 750 KW.
