ERCOT Remains Fixated on Fixed

Buyers and brokers in ERCOT continue to show a near 100% interest in fixed-price solutions. For the third consecutive week, this market has shown only a 2% or less interest in flex/index products. Participants in NYISO were the big movers this week as they tripled their level of interest in market-based products.
