Everywhere Except ERCOT

Interest in market-based risk increased everywhere except ERCOT last week. The increased interest in pricing requests with market-based risk was mild, but still newsworthy as ERCOT is the traditional leader. NYISO participants demonstrated the biggest jump, going from a 91% to 86% interest in fixed price solutions.
