Buyers in Texas and NYISO switched positions this week in terms of risk appetites. ERCOT buyers reduced their risk appetite for the second consecutive week while NYISO buyers showed an increase. NEPOOL and PJM showed little to no change.

The risk appetite gauges above reflect the mix of fixed, flex and index volume that were priced on behalf of customer requests in the period. Total annual MWh priced represents 146,085,041 for customers with peak demand above 750 KWh.
