PJM Peak Prices Soar

According to ICE data published by EIA, PJM WH peak prices in September are the highest in five years. The month is young, but the average of wholesale weighted average peak prices per MWh have topped 2018 to be the highest in this timestep. August was even higher, coming in at $55.60/MWh. September spot prices are up more than 70% Y-O-Y.
