Where is Winter?

Philadelphia averages 21.7 inches of snow annually. However, this year the flakes are few and far between. The same goes for heating demand as Philadelphia tracks significantly warmer than normal. The city isn’t alone in other markets as short sleeves displace snow shovels. The NOAA forecast for the remainder of January shows the chill is indeed gone.
